For one cup (about 25 cl) :

• Place one teaspoon of CYCLE SMC Laboratories® infusion in an infuser.
• Pour the simmering water over the plants and leave to infuse, covered, for 3 to 10 minutes, depending on your taste buds.
• For those with a sweet tooth, add honey.

As some molecules are fat-soluble, it is advisable to add a fatty substance such as milk (preferably from vegetable sources such as almond milk), hemp oil or a knob of butter to the SMC Laboratories® Hemp CYCLE infusion for better assimilation.

The secret of SMC Laboratories® infusions

To optimize the extraction and bioavailability of plant and hemp substances, we recommend using the decoction preparation method.

To do this, place the plants directly in cold water, then bring to the boil for 2 to 5 minutes. Cover and filter before adding the fat.

Children and people taking medication should consult a healthcare professional beforehand.

Not recommended for people taking blood thinners or anticoagulants (Yarrow, Pasteur's Purse) or in case of allergy to plants of the Asteraceae family (Matricaria).

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Store in a cool, dry place, respecting the expiration date.
