Delivery insurance is included with every order.

Tracked delivery

We ship all our parcels with a tracked delivery service, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel online. The tracking number is sent to you by e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

Swiss Medical Cannabis S.A. offers delivery with tracking for all orders over :

• 99 CHF purchase price for shipments to Switzerland (7.5CHF shipping cost for purchases under 99CHF)
• 79 € of purchase for shipments to Europe (7€ of shipping costs below 79€ of purchase)
• 49 € purchase for deliveries to Metropolitan France and Monaco (8.40€ delivery charge for deliveries below 49€ purchase)

DELIVERY DEADLINES

Delivery time depends on your country, but as a general rule your order will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Pick-ups are from Monday to Friday at 3:30 pm.
