Use of CARDIO infusion with organic hemp

For one cup (about 25 cl) :

• Ideally, place a teaspoon of CARDIO SMC Laboratories® infusion in an infuser.
• Pour the simmering water over the plants and leave to infuse, covered, for 3 to 10 minutes, depending on your taste buds.
• For those with a sweet tooth, add honey.

As some molecules are fat-soluble, it is advisable to add a fatty substance such as milk (preferably from vegetable sources, such as almond milk), hemp oil or a knob of butter to SMC Laboratories® Hemp CARDIO infusion for better assimilation.

The secret of SMC Laboratories® infusions

To optimize the extraction and bioavailability of plant and hemp substances, we recommend using the decoction preparation method.

To do this, place the plants directly in cold water, then bring to the boil for 2 to 5 minutes. Cover and filter before adding the fat.

We recommend that children, pregnant or breastfeeding women and people taking medication consult a healthcare professional beforehand.

Not recommended for people with gall bladder or liver problems, or those prone to high blood pressure (Peppermint, Artichoke), or in case of allergy to plants of the Asteraceae family (Artichoke).

Store in a cool, dry place, respecting the expiration date.
