Shipping methods
Une fois l’expédition de la commande réalisée par la société Swiss Medical Cannabis SA, il appartient aux clients de se renseigner directement auprès du transporteur pour le suivi de sa livraison et ce, grâce au numéro de suivi, fournit par la société Swiss Medical Cannabis SA, sur chaque compte client. Dans tous les cas, après avoir réalisé votre commande, un mail de confirmation, indiquant le numéro de référence de votre commande, vous sera envoyé.

We do not insure parcels seized by customs authorities, so we cannot be held responsible for any mishap related to a seizure.
Of course, for ecological reasons in particular, we can only encourage you to group your orders, by buying the different products you need directly. This will limit the energy consumption of our shipments.
La société Swiss Medical Cannabis SA s’exonère de sa responsabilité pour tout envoi de commande pour laquelle les coordonnées de livraison auraient été mal renseignées par le client, lors de sa prise de commande. Dans ce cas d’espèce, tout changement de coordonnées doit être mise à jour dans les 24 heures suivant la commande.

- 99 CHF purchase for shipments to Switzerland
- 49 € purchase for shipments to mainland France and Monaco

Delivery times and costs
Order processing
We process and dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your payment, except during exceptional periods (peak periods, sales, etc.).
Tracked delivery
We ship all our parcels with a tracked delivery service, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel online. The tracking number is sent to you by e-mail once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your country. As a general rule, your order will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours. Pick-ups are from Monday to Friday at 3:30 pm.
