Orders are prepared according to a process based on discretion and secure packaging, to ensure that you receive your order with complete peace of mind. Orders are placed in packaging on which the contents are not indicated.
Shipping methods
Once your order has been shipped by Suisse Médical Cannabis SA, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier directly to track your delivery, using the tracking number provided by Suisse Médical Cannabis SA on each customer account. In all cases, once you have placed your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, indicating the reference number of your order.
You can order our products anywhere in the world.
We do not insure parcels seized by customs authorities, so we cannot be held responsible for any mishap related to a seizure.
Of course, for ecological reasons in particular, we can only encourage you to group your orders, by buying the different products you need directly. This will limit the energy consumption of our shipments.
The company Suisse Médical Cannabis SA accepts no responsibility for any orders for which the delivery details have been incorrectly entered by the customer when placing an order. In this case, any change of contact details must be updated within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Free delivery
Swiss Medical Cannabis S.A. offers free delivery on orders over :
- 99 CHF purchase for shipments to Switzerland
- 49 € purchase for shipments to mainland France and Monaco

Delivery times and costs
Order processing
We process and dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your payment, except during exceptional periods (peak periods, sales, etc.).
Tracked delivery
We ship all our parcels with a tracked delivery service, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel online. The tracking number is sent to you by e-mail once your order has been shipped.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your country. As a general rule, your order will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours. Pick-ups are from Monday to Friday at 3:30 pm.
