Has your parcel suffered a delivery incident?
At Swiss Medical Cannabis S.A., we use the most suitable services to ensure that your packages arrive quickly and safely. All our parcels are shipped with tracked delivery, so you can follow the progress online.
Once the order has been dispatched by Suisse Médical Cannabis SA, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier directly to track the delivery, using the tracking number provided by Suisse Médical Cannabis SA on each customer account.
However, it can happen that a parcel suffers an incident during transit: theft, loss by the postal services.
The company Suisse Medical Cannabis SA is not responsible for any orders for which the delivery details have been incorrectly entered by the customer when placing an order. In this case, any change of contact details must be updated within 24 hours of the order being placed.
How do I report a delivery incident?
Please first contact our Customer Service department by e-mail at contact@smc-laboratories.ch for customers in Switzerland and contact@swissmedicalcannabis.fr for customers in Europe, to inform us of the non-receipt of your parcel.
Only with the agreement of our team will an item be returned to you.
You must inform us as soon as possible after the non-receipt of your item.

If the incident is approved by our team, a referral will be sent to you.
