Use of DREAM organic hemp infusion

For one cup (about 25 cl) :

• Place one teaspoon of DREAM SMC Laboratories® infusion in an infuser.
• Pour the simmering water over the plants and leave to infuse, covered, for 3 to 10 minutes, depending on your taste buds.
• For those with a sweet tooth, add honey.

As some molecules are fat-soluble, it is advisable to add a fatty substance such as milk (preferably from vegetable sources such as almond milk), hemp oil or a knob of butter to SMC Laboratories® Hemp DREAM infusion for better assimilation.

The secret of SMC Laboratories® infusions

To optimize the extraction and bioavailability of plant and hemp substances, we recommend using the decoction preparation method.

To do this, place the plants directly in cold water, then bring to the boil for 2 to 5 minutes. Cover and filter before adding the fat.

We recommend that children, pregnant or breastfeeding women and people taking medication consult a healthcare professional beforehand.

Not recommended for liver disorders (Valerian). Not to be used during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.

Store in a cool, dry place, respecting the expiration date.
